Site visit and scope.
We walk the site with you, review the drawings or existing conditions, and document exactly what’s involved. Surprises are caught here, not on the invoice.

Written quote with timeline and milestones.
Itemized scope, labor, materials, permits, and timeline. Milestone payments where the job size warrants it. Quote is good for 30 days.

Permits, scheduling, and pre-job coordination.
We handle the permits and the inspector. We coordinate with your GC, your tenant, your maintenance team whoever else is touching the project. You get a clear schedule, not a verbal commitment.

Execution with one point of contact.
Bryan or his designated foreman is your single point of contact for the duration. You don’t get bounced between an office, a project manager, and a crew. One name, one number, the whole way through.

Upgrade from 400-amp to 800-amp service for a four-tenant commercial building. Coordination with PSE&G, two scheduled shutdowns of less than four hours each. Zero tenant complaints.
